Our team includes a wide range of skilled, experienced valuation professionals, from senior licensed in-house property tax professionals and appraisers to third-party American Society of Appraisers (ASA) appraisers, CPAs, real estate brokers and attorneys in the property tax industry.

Our internal controls are a system that exists to facilitate the flow of accurate information for local government entities and the clients we serve. Through process flow identification, routine audits of the tax process, data validation, and system backup and redundancy we are able to provide the continuity and accountability of the information. This system also ensures the sensitive financial information that has been entrusted to us stays confidential and protected.

Rhonda Stevens is a senior tax consultant specializing in Commercial Real Property and Business Personal Property tax reductions. Ms. Stevens possesses over 20 years of Real Estate and Tax law experience. She began her career in law in Texas and migrated towards real property and business personal property tax analysis and representation. Ms. Stevens currently manages a portfolio of commercial real property that exceeds $700 million in assessed value. She specializes in complex property analysis of Industrial Manufacturing and Technology assets.
J. Philip Trusty is a licensed senior tax consultant having over 30 years experience in the property tax field. Mr. Trusty holds a Bachelor Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. In addition, he holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License and is working toward his CMI designation through the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. His career began with Dallas Central Appraisal District holding positions in various appraisal areas including supervisor in the Business Personal Property Department and assistant to the Director of Administration. After Dallas Central Appraisal District, Mr. Trusty began work as a property tax consultant.
Amy Kingston is a licensed property tax consultant having over 10 years of experience in the tax field. She specializes in the oil and gas valuations. Ms. Kingston holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX and is working towards her CMI designation through the Institute of Professionals in Taxation. She has worked as a consultant and as an industry representative, gaining the skills necessary to analyze discounted cash flows in order to negotiate mineral property tax values. She is also well versed in the nationwide valuation process and compliance reporting for business personal property tax assessments.
Brenda, a licensed tax consultant, is the head of our Data & Analytics department. She is a seasoned professional in the field of property tax consulting, boasting over 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge of industrial, utility, and oil & gas properties. Her deep understanding of the public sector, acquired through her tenure of 5 years at the Collin Central Appraisal District and 14 years at the esteemed appraisal firm Thomas Y Pickett Inc, enables her to devise effective reduction strategies for businesses. Brenda's private sector experience includes working with firms such as Webb Cooley Co, Marvin Poer, and Outsourcing Solutions Group.
Brent Crumpton is a seasoned senior property tax consultant and esteemed valuation professional boasting an impressive track record of over three decades in delivering comprehensive property tax services across multiple jurisdictions. His expertise spans compliance, valuation, assessment appeals, and management. Mr. Crumpton's distinguished career has been dedicated to supporting a diverse array of real and personal property tax administration needs for clients on a national scale, including multi-state, national, and Fortune 500 enterprises. His specialization encompasses pivotal industries such as manufacturing, energy, chemical, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
Linda is a highly experienced and accomplished property tax professional with a wealth of knowledge in the field of state and local taxation. Her expertise in the inner workings of appraisal districts, assessors, and collectors allows her to efficiently manage, collect, and process tax-related information. As an Account Coordinator, Linda plays a vital role in coordinating consulting efforts, as well as handling assessor and client inquiries. She is also responsible for assisting with internal audits and correcting errors made by assessors and collectors.
Adam, an original member of Vantage One Tax Solutions, serves as the Director of Client Accounts. He employs a selective approach to business development, creating an efficient environment in which our consulting team can establish meaningful connections with clients and gain a thorough understanding of their businesses, properties, and data.
J. Michael Grizzaffi graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS Electrical Engineering Degree and a minor in Mathematics. He spent 30 years as an Engineer with Texas Instruments, Inc. While at TI his work included the design of Infrared Imaging Systems and Computer Systems, including work on several classified military projects.
