Vantage One is offering free property tax consulting to the industrial business sector to help during these tough economic times.  In a statement released by Marketing and Sales Director, Adam Welchman, “Industrial manufacturing has been hit hard by these tough economic times.  Many businesses have experienced higher than normal inventory levels and slower moving product than previously anticipated.   As a result, our consulting services have been extremely important in reducing the assessed values for our clients this year.  The idea behind the program is to help the struggling industrial sector lower their tax liability and provide that service free of charge.
