Vantage One Signs Agreement With IAA

Vantage One announced today it has contracted with Industrial Asset Appraisals, LLC, (IAA) for defensible ad valorem appraisals for the 2009 tax year.  IAA is a national independent appraisal service for the industrial, manufacturing, distribution, construction, wholesale/retail and transportation trade. With over 35 years of experience in technical specialties and ad valorem appraisals, their relationship will provide accredited ad valorem appraisals for specific value issues.

Our engagement with IAA, expands our service offering and strengthens our value position for our clients.  IAA will complement our existing appraisal services and resolve the advocacy issues with defensible valuations. IAA will work closely with our in-house ASA Appraisers and tax consultants on a case-by-case basis.
