VANTAGE ONE  EXPANDS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PORTOFLIO

Vantage One expands its service offering to include ASA Certified Appraisals.  Vantage One will add ASA Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisal to their professional service portfolio beginning 1Q 2009. This offering reinforces the market value position and aids in resolving difficult valuations at the appraisal district level.  Providing our clients the ability to obtain market appraisals on their business assets, will ensure that we achieve valuations consistent with specific industry markets and strengthen the consulting service generally.  The Appraisals will include multiple appraisal disciplines in various markets but focus on Fair Market Value appraisals for ad valorem tax purposes.
